The key product of the Žatec plant is automotive lighting, especially headlights, but also rear lights for vehicles. These are premium quality products made precisely to match the shape of the vehicles. The basic technology types are halogen, xenon and especially LED, which has recently been the most widely used technology.

The company carries out plastic injection processes, including their surface treatments. The finished components then enter the final assembly, where the headlight or rear lamp is completed.

The main component production is provided by injection molding machines, which produce plastic parts made primarily from polypropylene or polycarbonate.

The machines, ensuring the production of main components, also include 2K and 4K molding machines, which are capable of ensuring multi-colored molding in one process.

Metalization

Metalization

The task of metallization is to ensure both functional and aesthetic properties of headlights. It can be applied to various shapes and is the basic technology for creating a luxurious impression of headlights and emphasizing their design.
The metallization technology is one of our strengths and we set an example for our suppliers in this area.

Painting

Some components require multiple types of spraying. Previously, these processes were carried out at separate locations. Thanks to innovations, we were able to consolidate them into one process, which led to faster production and reduced CO2 emissions.

The advent of LED technology is also associated with the preparation of electronic boards with integrated circuits and their precise installation into the reflector.
